I completely understand! I was in your position a couple of years ago. With the right support and tools that I will share with you, I learnt how to build a healthy lifestyle without restrictions and ditched the diets for good and you can too.

What exactly is Nutrition coaching?
Nutrition coaching will provide you with all the support you need to reach your goals whether that is to lose or gain weight or if you are wanting to make changes to your lifestyle for health reasons. Creating a healthy sustainable lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to count calories or macros if you don’t want to, and you certainly don’t need to restrict any food group. We will work on your mindset, build healthy habits as well as educating you on the foods that you need to include in your diet to build that healthy lifestyle so that you never have to diet again.
How I can help you?
I have been that person, forever on a diet, continually restricting calories, then binging at the weekends. It wasn’t until I entered my forties that I realised the impact the continual restriction, binging and over-exercising was having on my health. I knew that I had to make big changes to my lifestyle to regain control of my health especially as I was now entering this next phase in my life.

I have now learnt to love and accept how my body looks as it ages and appreciate how amazing it is. I now eat food to nourish my body for health reasons and to balance my hormones rather than focusing on eating to lose weight. I no longer go on diets, and it feels amazing. I want that for you too.


How the Coaching works
This will be a 12 week bespoke 1:1 nutrition coaching program delivered online. To get started you will need to complete the application form which will let me find out a bit more about you and what you want to achieve.

The program will be delivered via a coaching app where you will be able to have daily contact with me if you have any questions or need any further support. You will have a weekly check-ins with me and a monthly call to discuss your progress and the next steps for success.
​
You will be week on week building healthy habits to create a sustainable lifestyle. You will learn how to nourish your body whilst still enjoying your life and achieving your goals.

My approach
I am a qualified nutrition coach and women’s coaching specialist, specialising in perimenopause and menopause. I wanted to provide a coaching program for women entering their forties which was different from the regular nutrition coaching where the focus is transformations and losing body fat in as short amount of time as possible. I wanted this program to focus on lifestyle and health as the ultimate priority and to focus on changing your mindset so that you can enter this next stage in your life with a positive mental attitude.

We will not just focus on the nutrition but also on educating you, so you feel more in control at this time in your life. I will be here to support you every step of the way, I will be your biggest cheerleader. We will start by building the foundations by focusing on health and wellbeing as the priority rather than just fat loss. We will be building healthy habits so that you can create a healthy sustainable lifestyle and ditch the diets for good.
